Are the Levoit Air Purifiers ozone free?
All Levoit air purifiers do not use any electronic filtrations and are 100% ozone free.
What can the Levoit Air Purifiers HEPA filter out from the air?
All Levoit air purifiers use HEPA filters. You can view the different contaminants/pollutants that our units can filter from the image below:
Can any Levoit Air Purifiers cure asthma?
Dust, smoke, and other pollutants or allergens can trigger asthma symptoms which the air purifier can filter out in the air to avoid triggers. However, the unit itself cannot cure an asthma condition. It can only prevent the pollutants and allergens from accumulating in your room.
Can Levoit Air Purifiers remove the virus?
The H13 grade True HEPA filter helps capture and reduce the spread of viruses and bacteria but does not eliminate them.
Do Levoit units filter asbestos?
All our units with HEPA filters are extremely good at removing asbestos in the air. Moreover, our Levoit air purifiers have a three-stage filtration, so it can definitely filter out impurities like asbestos.
Do our units have ionizers?
No, all our units DO NOT have an ionizer.
What is the right unit for me?
First, get to know the area of the room where you would be placing the unit. Please make sure to place the air purifier in a closed room since the air purification process would be more effective in a closed room.
Second, get to know what features you are looking for in an air purifier. Some of our units are more applicable for filtering dog hair, fur, and odor. We also have units that specialize in filtering out toxins. There are other units which have aroma pads which you can use with the unit itself.

What is the voltage of the Levoit Air Purifiers?
All of the air purifiers officially distributed by Levoit Philippines are 220V.
Do I need to use an adapter for my unit to work?
It is not required to use an adapter for your unit to work, depending on the voltage of the outlet the unit is plugged in.
If the voltage of the unit is applicable to the outlet, we highly advise using an adapter for your unit to work properly.
When do I replace the filters of the Levoit Air Purifiers?
We recommend replacing the filters for our air purifiers every 6 to 8 months depending on the usage. The check filter indicator will light up when it’s time to change your filter.
How do I clean my Levoit Air Purifier?
The outer pre-filter should be cleaned every 2 to 4 weeks to increase the efficiency and extend the life of your filter. Clean the pre-filter using a soft brush or vacuum hose to remove hair, dust and large particles. DO NOT clean the filter with water or other liquids.

Can I use this filter for other non-Levoit units?
No. The Levoit filters are specifically designed for the Levoit units only. It would not fit other units and the effect of the filter may be different and not as effective when used with other units.
When should I replace the filter?
We recommend replacing the filter after 6-8 months of use but it would also depend on your atmosphere condition. The check filter indicator will light up when it’s time to change your filter. We highly advise you to clean your filter and unit from time to time, as prescribed in the manual, to keep the item in good condition.
